GOLFSANJUAN S.L currently have over €10 million worth of property in our portfolio under management and we are the number one provider of management services to the holiday home industry in the our lovely village of San Juan de los Terreros on the beautiful Almeria coast.

By taking away the headaches concerning cleaning, changeovers and dealing with regular maintenance issues we have enabled many second homeowners to enjoy long distance property ownership with peace of mind.

The growth in the number of second homeowners and the increase in the number of quality self catering properties has created the need for a locally based and reputable management company to provide customers with a full range of quality back up and support services.

Company History
In 2000, GOLFSANJUAN bought its first holiday apartment in San Juan de los Terreros, which rented very well and was closely followed by purchasing a second rental villa. Initially all management was controlled remotely and the property's rented successfully using our own website www.golfsanjuan.com In 2005 we moved full time to Spain registered GOLFSANJUAN.SL as a spanish business and puchased further properties. It was at this time we were approached by several more owners for pool, gardening, cleaning , laundry, keyholding and rental services.

With a strong focus on customer service and 24 hour availability, we had grown into a well known and trusted company with over 30 holiday letting properties and second homes under management by 2007.

By the end of 2020 our portfolio of managed properties had grown to more than 70, with a large proportion of those being referals from existing clients.

The sanjuanholidays website was created to give a more descriptive name to the type of holidays we are primarily known for, although we have golfers, cycling teams and scuba divers, as well as many people every year coming in the winter months to escape the Northern european climate. Our prime demographic is families and couples looking for great beaches and a relaxing holiday in rural unspoilt Spain.
